"So sorry, but as soon anyone posts a review of 3 or less - you're immediately tken to a page with our phone number - it says something to the effect of - "Please call us immediately so we can make changes as needed".
I don't know why people don't do that - because the bouquet hasn't gone out yet, and we can modify as needed BEFORE it goes out. It's a part of what we love about sending pictures, because we never want to deliver something that the sender doesn't like. We're quite proud of our work."
