"Looks okay. It's Mother's day & I understand things are a little crazy. Any other time I might have suggested at least 1 or 2 sprigs of babies breath to offset the dense pink. Maybe a little moe variety in choice of flowers (an awful lot of inexpensive carnations). But... Thank you!!!!"

"I’m a bit disappointed in the fullness of the arrangement in that it is much more sparse than the arrangement advertised. I understand about availability of flowers but the fullness of the arrangement is lacking especially with the “premium” upgrade that I payed for. This arrangement looks like something I could have bought at Safeway. I’m not trying to be disrespectful to you, I’m just disappointed in the final product."

"You seem to be confusing substitutions and subtractions. This looks much less dense than photo online because of absence of alstroemeria and chrysanthemums and the substitutions of hot pink carnations for spray roses isn’t great either."

"I understand sometimes substitutions have to be made but this looks nothing like what was ordered. I ordered a pink bouquet with lillies with a minimal clear vase, none of which this arrangement has. This bouquet doesn't have the same flowers nor the correct color scheme. I would have preferred an option to pick substitutions rather than random florals. This is disappointing. "
